Founder : Dr. John Viljoen

The iedex group of companies was founded by its Managing Director, John Viljoen, in 1996. John holds a PhD in strategic management and is the author of the best selling Australian strategy text "Strategic Management: Planning and Implementation Successful Corporate Strategies". He was born in Zimbabwe, educated in South Africa and migrated to Australia in 1987. John's expertise is in strategy development, business transformation and strategic thinking. He has extensive strategy consulting experience in the private and public sectors in Australia. John is an active contributor to social causes and his companies provide pro bono services predominantly to the disabilities and public health sectors
